MarketGuru Labs ("Service") utilizes artificial intelligence to provide market analysis. We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
Trading financial securities (Stocks, Options, Crypto) involves a high degree of risk and the potential for significant financial loss. You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MarketGuru platform, website, or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CastForge Solutions ("Company"), doing business as MarketGuru Labs. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.
2. No Financial Advice
The content, signals, AI insights, and portfolio suggestions provided by MarketGuru are for informational and educational purposes only.
- No content on this site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
- The AI model generates outputs based on historical data and probabilistic patterns, which do not guarantee future results.
- You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
3. AI Accuracy & Limitations
MarketGuru's "AI Brain" is a statistical model. It can and will make mistakes ("hallucinations").
Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. CastForge Solutions does not guarantee that the AI analysis will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or profitable. We expressly disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for partial months.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastForge Solutions, MarketGuru Labs, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
- Financial losses resulting from trading decisions made based on our data.
- Service interruptions or data errors.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
